Your appointments are very important to us. As a courtesy, we do text/email to confirm your appointment date and time 24 hours prior. We do ask that you provide a 24-hour notice to your cancellation if possible. We understand emergencies and issues do arise, but if cancellations or no shows become habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of your schedule service. After 3 cancellations, the client will be required to pre-pay when scheduling appointments. After 2 “no shows” you will be charged the full price of your appointment/service on the 3rd “no show”.
